I saw this post, and wanted to try it. we used the recipe on that site as well. If you want an eggless recipe try here. Another good site
We made the dough. rolled it into a log and put it into the freezer
Cut into slices about 1/4inch thick, put on a cookie sheet with parchment paper. You will be happy later that you did, it makes it easier to get the cookies off the sheet and makes clean up a breeze.
Put on the dash of your car and wait about 2 1/2 – 3 hours. Put something under the cookie sheet to protect your dashboard.
Here they are half way through baking time. Then we went to the pool because it was HOT!!! (and I got the worst Sunburn of my life, so much pain, now I know how it feels to be the cookie)
Here we are 4 hours later, And enjoy!! Make sure to use an oven mitt when removing the cookies from the car as the cookie sheet will be HOT!
They didn’t get browned like in an oven but no complaints here and hey fresh cookies on a hot day is awesome!!
